Product Lead Times

Many of our pieces are made to order. The product lead times are specified below in the description of the item. Please note that lead times are approximate. Often times, pieces may be completed quicker or may sometime takes longer than the time listed in the description. We will be in contact with you with updates regarding your item in production. Sometimes ready to buy items may take some time to make even if the description does not specify it as made to order due to inventory fluctuations. We want you to be completely satisfied, so we will be in contact with you along the way from time of order placement to shipping and receiving.

Rush Times

Please note that many of our pieces are made to order or custom. If you would like to see if rushing the production time of an item is possible, please contact us at dreamlinejewelers@gmail.com.

Jewelry Care

Taking care of your jewelry is important to prevent damage. We advise you to not wear jewelry to bed, in the shower, and during activities that may expose the jewelry to a potential risk.

We suggest cleaning your diamond jewelry in warm water and dish soap, using a soft toothbrush. Gently scrub, rinse, and dry your jewelry. Dreamline Jewelers is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry.

Limited Warranty

Dreamline Jewelers backs their products for 120 days from receipt of purchase. We will repair your jewelry at no charge to you. Jewelry in need of repair from misuse, or after 120 days of purchase, will follow the terms outlined in Repairs & Resizing. We do not accept responsibility for work done by another jeweler. The warranty is considered void if any other jeweler has worked on a Dreamline Jewelers purchased piece. We ask you contact us at dreamlinejewelers@gmail.com to discuss our Limited Warranty terms.

Repairs & Resizing

All of our jewelry is crafted using precious metals, and over time jewelry can be damaged from wear and tear. We can work with you to repair or resize your jewelry items. Repairs and resizing typically start at $50. We can resize most of our rings. The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred for sending and receiving their item. Layaway Plan

Dreamline Jewelers is proud to have an interest-free layaway plan. The length of the layaway plan will be agreed upon between the customer and Dreamline Jewelers. Most popular time lengths range from 3-6 months. Because we offer interest-free payments, payments must be made on time, every 30 days. If a payment is made late, but within 48 hours of the scheduled due date, the customer will incur a $25 late fee. If the scheduled payment is not made after 48 hours of the scheduled due date, it is up to the determination of Dreamline Jewelers to decide whether to pull the item back to stock and if the funds will be forfeited by the customer. Payments

Dreamline Jewelers accepts payment online by Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Elo, Google Pay, JCB, and Shop Pay. We can also accept certified check, money orders, and cash when buying in person.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax in New York State. If we are shipping an order outside New York State, we are not required to collect sales tax. 

Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined more than once. Discounts are only valid for the time period in which they are assigned for. We cannot make a discount available before or after the time period for which it is active for.
