Refund policy
You have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
To start an exchange, please contact us at dreamlinejewelers@gmail.com. If it is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. If for any reason a returned item is denied for exchange, buyer will be responsible for paying shipping back to them.
Please note that due to variations in ring sizing, rings ordered online that are not Size 7 are considered custom orders and are not eligible for an exchange or store credit. Made to Order items in production cannot be cancelled if they are not Size 7Â as these are considered custom. Please consult us about ring sizing before placing an order.
Made to Order items can be cancelled up until the time of shipment, however, please note that these items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Once Made to Order items are ready to be shipped, they are not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Custom orders, including personalized products and special ring sizing, are Final Sale. These items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit, or cancellation once production has begun.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on Bridal Jewelry, or any item that states in the product description or invoice that it is Final Sale.Â
Items from our flash sales and other exclusive events are Final Sale. Wholesale orders are Final Sale. This includes items purchased from Facebook Groups. No returns/refunds/exchanges/store credits will be accepted.
Items purchased from Ready To Ship are Final Sale. These items are not eligible for exchange or store credit, or cancellation once purchased.
Items that feature lab grown diamonds/gemstones are Final Sale. These items are not eligible for exchange or store credit, or cancellation once purchased.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Manufacturer DefectsÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, within 7 days of receiving the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt of purchase or proof. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, an exchange will be issued and shipped to you.
Dreamline Jewelers reserves the right to refuse an exchange if we think the item is intentionally damaged or misused.
